Since we’re shipping internationally, it may take some time for the tracking systems to show accurate parcel status.
They might have left you a delivery attempt notice in your mailbox (it’s a tiny piece of paper!) We ship with registered mail, which means your signature may be required upon delivery. Which means your mailman can’t just leave the package on your porch, you’ll have to go to the post office or call for re-delivery.
Find your local office and call to ask if the package is waiting there for you. Tell them it’s international registered mail sent from Poland and give them your tracking number (the one you received from us in email). More often than not a “lost” package is really just sitting on their shelves!
Very few packages really get lost during transit, but if this happens we will ship you a new one at no extra costs.
