Wellfitting Bra Style Guide

What is the difference between a demi & a plunge bra? Does the bra style really matter?

Check out our easy Wellfitting bra style guide. See the difference between demi (half-cup) and plunge style.

Demi or half-cup bra

Demi (half-cup) style is perfect for ladies with smaller busts. The cups are constructed from two parts with one vertical seam in the middle. Thanks to this special design demi bra lifts breasts up and creates a Marie Antoinette rococo look. Half-cup bra looks great with deep scoop and square necklines.

We don't recommend demi bras for ladies with soft-tissue breasts. Demi cups are rather deep cut so they don't provide as much shape and support as the plunge style.

Plunge bra

Plunge style is perfect for almost all shapes and types of breasts. 3-part cups gather breasts to the center of the chest and create deep cleavage effect. Plunge bra is a must-have if you like V-neck and sweetheart neckline tops. Ready to show off your curves?

We base our recommendations on our customers' feedback. We would love to hear what you think about our Wellfitting styles! If you'd like to help us improve the bra style guide, please email us at mayday@wellfitting.com.
