Don’t like your new bras? Don’t worry, just exchange or return.

Our purpose at Wellfitting is to find out the best bra solution for you. We’ll go a long way to make it happen.

We will deliver any exchanged items free of charge. As many times, as you need.

Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with labels and hygienic inserts (bottoms) intact.

Please complete the enclosed returns slip with the items you’re returning.

We will accept a return or exchange of any item, except:

  • individually customized items
  • panties and swimwear bottoms that have hygienic inserts removed
  • items marked “final sale”
  • items without labels and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Gift Cards

To ensure timely return, please claim your return first online. 

If you’re sending goods from abroad, please mark the package as RETURNED GOODS, to avoid additional customs fees.

Full Exchange & Returns Policy

  • Refunds and exchanges are initiated no later than 5 business days after we receive your returned items.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns for Online Store Credit are processed immediately free of charge.
  • Returns for refunds might take up to 4 weeks to get processed by your bank and card issuer and are credited to your original method of payment (PayPal, card).
  • Online Store Credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card worth 105% value of your original purchase (minus your original shipping charges).
  • Online Store Credit never expires.
  • Online Store Credit can only be used to purchase goods at www.wellfitting.com
  • You can use your Online Store Credit multiple times, as long as there is available balance.
  • You can use Online Store Credit to purchase Gift Cards, but you cannot transfer your store credit to other people.
  • Items from orders paid fully or partially with Online Store Credit will be only refunded with store credit.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of your Online Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Online Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Your use of the Online Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
  • Items belonging to orders paid with Online Store Credit can be only refunded with Online Store Credit.
